All aircraft are handle with their clearance. Destination, SID (no vectors), FL and squawk code. They are advice from the active runway and then have to be transfer to ground.
All aircraft have to request pushback and engine start after this; they are cleared to taxi to the assigned runway 13R or 13L. When taxiing to the active runway they are transfer to tower.
Aircraft have to receive their take off / landing clearance.
SKBO_S_TWR for runway 13R-31L
SKBO_N_TWR for runway 13L-31R
Traffic starts his approach and enters Bogotá TMA below FL240. When coming from the south contacts SKBO_S_APP in 119.65 or if he is coming from the north, contacts SKBO_N_APP in 121.30.
He continues with his approach procedure, STAR or Vectors. And then we will contact final approach SKBO_C_APP in 119.50.
Departure ATC is handle by South or North terminal. SKBO_S_APP or SKBO_N_APP.
Aircraft have to maintain 250knots or lower when below 18000feets.
The maximum speed when final approach reaching BOG VOR is 200knots, you can only exceed if the ATC says.
Bogotá center is in charge of the major part of Colombia, this center is divided into 4. If there is not high amount of traffic, there will be only 2 of them the South and North.
Colombia also has the Barranquilla Control, in the north coast of Colombia the boundary with the Caribbean Sea. This center is divided in 2. North and South. We will only simulate one of them.
