Simon Bolivar International Airport is the main airport of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. It's the largest airport in terms of transport and routes and has a volume of up to 7 million passengers per year. Located in the city of Maiquetia, state of Vargas, it services the city of Caracas, the Capital city of Venezuela, and features two main terminals: a domestic and an international terminal. *It also features a cargo terminal and a general aviation ramp for charter airlines as well.

El Dorado Airport, is an international airport located in Bogotá, Colombia. It is the largest Latin American airport in terms of cargo movements transporting 578,812 tons in 2008, and the fourth in terms of passenger traffic, transporting 13,456,331 passengers in 2008. It is only surpassed by Mexico's Benito Juarez International Airport, São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport and Congonhas-São Paulo Airport. It is also the largest airport in Colombia and the main international and domestic air gateway in the country, serving as a main hub for Avianca (the national flag carrier of Colombia), AeroRepública, Aires, EasyFly and other important Cargo Companies. It is managed by Opain (acronym of Operadora Aeroportuaria Internacional), a consortium composed of Colombian construction / engineering firms and the Swiss Flughafen Zürich AG. Opain will also operate the airport for the next 20 years.
