Here are some important information's you should know when arriving or departing

Damascus Intl. (OSDI).

OSDI has two runways:

05R (ILS Freq 111,10) / 23L, 11.811 ft / 3600m Asphalt

23R (ILS Freq 109,90) / 05R, 11.811 ft / 3600 m Asphalt

The Airport elevation is 2020 FT.

MSA 25NM around Damascus is:

North/West bound 9000 FT.

South/East bound 5000 FT.

The Freq are:

OSTT-CTR 121.300

OSDI-APP 120.000

OSDI-TWR 118.500

OSDI-GND 121.900

Inbound traffic:

When reaching OSTT airspace CTR and APP will vector you to intercept the ILS of

the active RWY (NO STARS).

Outbound traffic:

Because we expect a lot of traffic we will do proper separation. Therefore please

expect NO SIDs in your IFR-clearance. You will be cleared for runway-heading. APP

will vector you further to your first waypoint after handover from TWR with initial

climb.
