Candidatures
1) The candidates must submit their motivation and CV towards the PRE, VPRE, SECR and ASECR of the present organisation at latest 21 days before the date of the election.
2) The SECR or ASECR verify if the candidates statisfy any requirements laid down in the statutes.
Election
1) The election starts with a voting on the number of candidates that can be at most in BoG. This voting has to be approved by a regular majority. This number is referred to further as #ELBOG.
2) Once done, a voting occurs where every GA member has #ELBOG votes. These votes should be used to point out #ELBOG members which bring it further.
3) All votes are counted and the #ELBOG members which have the most votes move to an approval round.
4) These candidates which already got more then 50% of the votes behind them, do not need an approval round as they are implicitly already approved.
5) The other candidates must move to an approval round to decide if they get a majority behind them.
