    Senior Staff Appointment

1) A vacancy is made in the forum for this position. This vacancy should be for both DIR+ADIR if the DIR is the free position, this allows a faster approach in case the ADIR is elected as DIR. The candidates must send a full motivation letter with CV towards the PRE+VPRE+SECR+ASECR. The deadline for this is 10 days before the BoG meeting takes place.

2) The candidates are send to Executive which validates if the candidates satisfy R&R

3) The opinion of the present (if existing) DIR or ADIR is asked about the candidatures and added to each candidature.

4) The candidatures are then published together with the comments of DIR or ADIR towards the BoG, at latest 5 days before the BoG meeting.

5) Voting prodecure:

a) BoG elects the new DIR first by an election round (i.e. everyone votes for its favourite candidate).

b) The candidate with most votes during this election round will get voted upon in an approval round. If there is a tie (i.e. two candidates with same number of votes), the meeting president vote decides. If a candidate receives a simple majority of the votes cast, they are implicitly approved and do not need a second round of voting.

c) The approval round consists of a regular voting (agree/disagree/abstain) where the candidate has to get a regular majority to get appointed in its position.

d) Should the regular majority fail for this candidate, go back to step a) but with the candidate withdrawn from the election pool.

6) The person will be appointed effectively as soon as the meeting minutes are published.
