Special Operations

Let me introduce our new organization structure. We have 4 sections: Event, Tour, Development, Support. Our advisors are the leader of each section. They are responsible for those areas, if you have any question or issue with those themes, please contact them diractly.

The SOD is responsible for the all SOHQ, but he is the back up and direct supporter for the Event and Development sections. If you can not reach one of the section leaders, you can contact directly to him also.
The SOAD is the direct assintace for SOD, he is his back up, and he is the back up and direct supporter for the Support and Tour Sections. If you can not reach one of the section leaders, you can contact directly to him also.

Gabor Szentesi SOD (gabor.szentesi@ivao.aero ) is responsible for the daily operation; forum works, OTRS. Also he is the backup for the Event and Develop Section.
Important: If you write an email to the Event or Develop Section leader and you do not get answer in the next 3 days, than please email to me. If I am unavailable, than please contact to Robert.

Sam Bogaerts SOA1 (sam.bogaerts@ivao.aero ) is the leader of the Event Section.
He is responsilbe for all kind of events (SOHQ, divisional Cat1-2-3); approval, support, validation.
Important: From today you need to send your event request letter to him, he will check it and give the approval. Also he will validate the event (add points).

Chuck Amaral SOA4 (cesar.amaral@ivao.aero) is the leader of the Development Section.
He is responsible for design, scenery development for divisional and HQ events and tours.

Robert Kossakowski SOAD (robert.kossakowski@ivao.aero) is responsible for the daily operation; forum works, OTRS. Also he is backup for the Tour and Support Section.
Important: If you write an email to the Tour or Support Section leader and you do not get answer in the next 3 days, than please email to Robert also. If Robert is unavailable, than please contact to me.

Julien Jeuniaux SOA2 (julien.jeuniaux@ivao.aero) is the leader of the Support Section.
He is responsible for SOG support; check and add new SOG, aupdate SOG data, logos. Provide information, help and support for SOG's creation and daily life. He is responsible for the SOC/SOAC divisional support also (LOA, DARP). And other members activity like SO-Quiz, SO-Test.

SOA3 (Vacant) is the leader of the Tour Section.
He is responsible for the SO HQ World Tour, other HQ tour design, imploementation, validation and maintenance. Also he should be support the divisional SO Tours. He is the maina SOWT validator.
