the joint Real ATC Event
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
We would like to introduce the greatest event prepared by Russian
division in cooperation with our Belarusian and Finnish friends. Two largest Russian FIRs will be
staffed for you! Only this evening the St.Petersburg area will be controlled by
real ATC - so, be prepared for real life procedures and be ready to copy
metric flight levels (see the Metric System page).
We prepared several sample routes with accurate and detailed nav logs.

WHEN AND WHERE?
This event will take place on March 2, 2007 at 1700z. The planned event duration
is 3 hours since 1700z. Please plan your flights to arrive or departure between
1700z and 2000z as a best time when you can expect full ATC service.
Two main Russian airoports will be involved: Moscow (Sheremetievo UUEE) and
St.Petersburg (Pulkovo ULLI). Also expect online and staffed Minsk (UMMS) and
Helsinki (Vantaa EFHK) - thanks to our neighbours and friends from Belarusian and Finnish divisions.
PILOT EVENTS AWARD
By participating in this event any pilot can earn the IVAO Pilot Events award.
To get awarded the pilot should comply the following two simple conditions:
- The pilot should make at least 2(TWO) flights during this event.
- BOTH flights should be flown through the St.Petersburg (ULLI) airport.
For example: you can fly two routes this evening: UUEE-ULLI and after that ULLI-EFHK and you will be awarded.
